Service Philosophy

  • A close consultation to identify your specific body type – Vata, Pita or Kapha this will help you to identify any challenges
  • You will learn how to create balance and gain confidence to make the right health choices
  • You will learn self diagnosing  so you can treat yourself from your own kitchen cupboard
  • You will learn to treat yourself, rather than running from one therapist to the next who tries to work out how to treat you

Yoga without Ayurveda is only half a practice

Ayurveda is India’s traditional, natural system of medicine that has been practiced with Yoga for more than 5,000 years.

Ayurveda views each and every person as unique, with a unique mind-body constitution and a unique set of life circumstances.  All of which must be considered in determining either natural healing approaches or recommendations for daily living. This view is in alignment with modern day science.

Each individual is unique with a unique DNA.

As each person has their own individual constitution, strengths and weaknesses, our health prescription must be unique to us. In order to be healthy, you need to balance foods according to your digestive fire.

Learning to  balance your health is the key to a life free from limitations

Perhaps the most important lesson Yoga & Ayurveda has to teach us is that our health is up to us. Every day of our lives, every hour of every day, we can, and do, choose either health or illness. When we choose wisely, nature rewards us with health and happiness.

AYURVEDA holds that specific disease conditions are symptoms of an underlying imbalance. It does not neglect relief of these symptoms, but its main focus is on the big picture: to learn to restore balance to create a healthy lifestyle so the imbalance won’t occur again. Your constitution determines very much about you – your body, your personality, even how you relate to other people. Understanding this lets you know what you need in order to be healthy.

YOGA your exercise, breathing and meditation program must be personally suitable as well. Then Yoga is suitable for all types of people – the young to the aged, including those with injuries and disabilities or special needs. Yoga can be used for stress relief, relaxation, flexibility, mobility, and rehabilitation from operation or injuries.

COOKING tips show you the simplicity of making a nutritious meal that suits your  digestive system.
